I was hoping someone would say 'oh you can't add perks till in-game'..

 

You dont add perks till after you leave the house and the bomb goes off. Then when you level up you can choose perks or special

By the way, if you didnt figure it out (which it took me once to do it)... If you back out of the creation as the female...then you are the female.

 

What setting/place do y'all want to see in the next fallout or in a dlc?

I want more operation anchorage and more enclave shit.

At my Starlight Theatre settlement I got the " no more objects can be built " prompt , is this crafting object maximum per settlement or the whole game

 

Per settlement, no? I think it has to do with object saturation and what the engine can take. Otherwise it'd just be for kicks.

 

Per settlement. Removing junk items frees up space too

 

I wish I had any where near that talent to build something. Im lucky to place the prefab stuff in a good spot...

I think I have to scrap some of my scrap fence and use the back of the building as the fence otherwise I won't be able to build any more beds , crops or shops

You'd wonder how long that'd take to develop, it'd make 7 years look like child's play.

But it would be interesting to see what was happening in other parts of the world at the time, especially China. Maybe a Shanghai dlc or something.

 

Someone should try playing a character spec'd out like this lol.

For those of you lucky SOB's that have the Pipboy, how do you like them? Have you used it while playing? I tried using the app on day 1 but couldn't connect so have yet to use that feature.

 

I don't have the pipboy so maybe disregard my comments, but I got the app to work and I used it for the first hour or two and that's it. The slowed time you get when you use the in game pipboy is such a huge advantage if a fire fight heads south that I rarely seem to need the android pipboy.

 

I wanna do a muscle dummy spec all strength and charisma and nothing else lol
