I killed everyone in the tunnel besides whats behind the door? Unless im not seeing something but the hall went to a dead end and i didnt see any named character

 

Fire off a round every now and then walking around while crouched. See if the caution message comes up. Sometimes people glitch into walls haha.

 

I meant if you're locked out after using your last guess. The wait time for the terminal to reset is only 10 seconds.

 

Weird, mine doesn't do that. It lets me log back in right away

 

Yeah you must've missed a turn, she has a terminal and everything with her.

 

So I managed to finish the retake the Castle minuteman mission again last night , same glitch happened

This time the maker for " meet the Minuteman in the Courtyard " was close to Sanctuary , so I fast travelled there , and went after the marker , which I discovered was moving fairly rapidly , I sprinted after it halfway to the farm next door to discover the marker was Garvey who was running towards the castle on the other side of the map , I managed to catch up and talk to him and he kept saying " we need to focus on repairing the radio " or something like that , I called him a fucking retard a few times to the screen but then just let him go off , and tracked his marker as it moved across the map while I did some settlement maintenance at Starlight Theatre , eventually when he got to the Castle , the dialog boxes came up on my screen checking off " Destroy the Egg Clutches " and " Meet the Minutemen in the Courtyard "

Didnt find her? You can turn right directly after going down the stairs and follow that to a gap where you have to jump across or go through the the other hall (to the right of the security door) and i went back all the way to the backroom and killed her. I think its just glitched right now

 

So you found her terminal and letters then right?

 

No terminal to be found. Dont know if a nade sent shit flying or what. But there isnt anything in the room to be of use

 

Ok so then you haven't killed her. Definitely missed something, that ledge where you can jump there should be stairs underneath I believe and that turns into another tunnel

 

The ledge drops into the other hallway. Where there was a locked door with a generator which i took the fusion core out of and then the room with the lady and a turret and cook station/other crap.

 

Lol I don't know what to tell you then man, I don't remember the map so it's got to be somewhere.

 

There are lots of quest issues in Fallout 4. If you can't find something, or talk to someone, you need to it's time to go back to a previous save. This game is very playable but full of minor issues. The more I play, the more tiny glitches I find. I'm at level 39 and I've only found on unplayable glitch though and luckily there is a way to fix it.

 

Ive just been ignoring that mission now. At least it means i cant get more repeated minutemen quests, ha.

Another glitch i have is the fact that i cant drop or store the silver shroud costume. Slightly annoying since its like 10lbs.

Anyone enjoy melee in this game? I have a sledge that does twice the damage if enemies are full health thats pretty cool, just slow. Idk if melee weapons have to be found in certain configurations cause crafting mods isnt very extensive it seems. I only have 1 or 2 options available at all.

 

I use the bayonet, but it sucks that it takes action points. There seem to be some OP melee weapons out there but, like you said, you have to find them that way.

I finally found the Laser Rifle that does 2x damage on the first hit. Thank god. I kind of like that they eliminated the special weapons, like Lincolns Rifle, from the last game and instead went with this system.

 

So most melee do have to be found in a configuration? I just expected them to be as moddable as a gun. But the sledge has only two options at all :heated coil and something else. But i thought they showed adding rockets to speed it up or something like that in the release video?

What was the last games system? There are specific special weapons like kellogs pistol but plenty of other legendary items if you turn up the difficulty. Have yet to find a decent legendary armor though

 

Yeah, I have general tso's (or some oriental name) sword and is deadly if you mod it to electrical serrated blade. It's a medium type swing.

 

Also there's a difference between legendary and unique guns, legendaries are easier to come by. I have like 3 different hunting rifles that are legendary, all do different specialties. Where as the Reba is a unique hunting rifle.

 

Does it come with a side of pork fried rice?

 

I found the grognak axe and it isnt very good at all imo. The power fist is fun although not much damage either. I want to find/figure out how to make a deathclaw gauntlet
