Fallout 76

I like 7 Days to Die better.

 

7DTD has been EA for years and they keep rolling out awesome content.

 

Alpha 17 just came to experimental build after a year of development. the game gets overhauled to newer engines even. They do a lot with it.

 

After the last update I kind of stop playing. I’ve been disconnected every time I’m on now, didn’t happen before. I’ve also lost control input but still active in game, sucks when there’s enemies by. What really did it for me was when I was fighting off a whole group of scorched one of the scorched I was fighting glitched and became invisible, yes invisible, couldn’t see him but he was there attacking me head on. I would fire when my crosshairs turned red but it seem to not have much affect to lower down his health bar. Haven’t touched it in over a week and I don’t know if I will hop back on.

 

Already bored with FO76, now what?
Server reliability sucks, PVP sucks, PVE gets monotonous. Basically all I run into is high level guys farming legendaries to dupe and sell.

 

Play something else. The Witcher 3 is a good one.

 

I added a couple QoL mods to mine. Like auto pick up flowers. Just one key press picks it up instead of opening the loot window.

 

Oh definitely will play other stuff. Steam is downloading Assassins Creed Odyssey and waiting for Metro to come out next month.

 

I'm still waiting for the revamped System Shock to come out. Was supposed to be last year...

 

How are you guys enjoying the game now? I am only about ten hours in and I not sure if its keeping my interest as much as I thought it would. I guess the absence of NPCs and story is having a bigger impact on me than I thought. I am playing it on the box if anyone wants to game...muthagoose83.

 

I’ve moved on. I gave it a chance at least.

 

I get the vibe most others have too. Sad part is that game has no trade in value at this point either.

 

The game dropped in value quick. Even Costco has the bonus version for $40. Beside the graphics being the same as fallout 4, the story didn’t really keep me engaged much. Seems like this game would be best for people who can always play with someone or in groups.

Now to wait for Cyberpunk 2077.

 

I couldn't play more than the beta. Didn't help it constantly asked me to download the game... And I'm in a place that limits the data... Killed my entire month the first few days

 

Yea man the story is struggling to keep me engaged...I feel like I either spend a bunch of time trying to kill some behemoth for some good loot or just wander around in some anonymous quest. Not gonna lie man, I thought there was more of a story to this game at the minimum than just random side quests.
