Hi Folks. I'm a family doctor that loves to work on my 2007 Tacoma. It has 217K mostly light duty miles and still looks and runs great. I know it just a baby for many of you. I'm planning on replacing all the shocks/struts because believe it or not I think they are still original. Rides like a boat on a windy day now. Any advice or common roadblocks that y'all run into? I've noticed some rust through on the frame. Did have it inspected and covered with the goopy stuff years ago. Probably no recourse at this point?

Before taking it apart, the day before, spray all the bolts/nuts with a light lubricant of your choice. Replace all the bolts, washers and nuts with new. Replace all the applicable bushings while you are in there. Replace the coil with new. Have your vendor assemble the coilovers.
