Fan speed switch quits sometimes

    3" Toytec ultimate lift 1.25 spider Trax spacers 285/75/16 BFG all terrains Pelfreybilt hidden winch mount 10,000# Smittybuilt winch
    I have a 2015 tacoma DCSB 4x4 offroad, sometime the fan switch doesn't work at all. Only happens on start ups and last 5-10 minutes then the fan will come on. Has anybody else had a issue with there's. dealer says he needs it to happen while its at shop an says they can't find issue while it works.
