Fan still blows air with the switch off ??

    Have a 19 TRD with 1,500 miles on it . I noticed last few weeks when I turn the fan off it still blows air thru the vents. Notice even when the fan is off the icon is still on in the LED screen . Anyone have this happen ?

    ^ I have owned over 11 trucks in the last 20 year , never a Toyota . Never had to turn on a recirculate button with the green light on , to have some not work .
