My heater and ac fan has seem to stop working. Everything turns on I can feel it get hot and cold but no air blowing. Is it the fan? How can I check to see what needs to be replaced? Any help thanks!

I'm posting a reply, cause no one else has so far.

You are right, either the fan is out...or it is not receiving electricity (ie the control knob is broken, or some other electrical problem).

Not sure how you would properly trouble shoot it, but you could get an electrical tester and, with the fan control knob on one of the speed positions, test the positive and negative wires at the fan and see if you are getting any 'juice'

Well I've just recently have had the problem, I'm going to try to fix it. I've read some threads here in the forum. It could be your blower motor as some peoples go out.
