I’ve been thinking of wiring up the fang lights for the 4G Tacoma with a Double Pole Double Throw switch. I thought about using an oem deck lamp light switch (84267-0c020) for that empty slot next to where current one but $100+ a switch seems excessive. I want to be able to switch between the white and amber light as well turn them off completely to avoid them turning on randomly.

I dug around trying to find a DPDT switches in the new square switch configuration to no avail. CaliRaisedLed has the square dual function amber/fog light switch. I don’t know what would happen if both switches are on at the same time. Amazon has plenty of DPDT switches, granted in other sizes.

My hope for this post is to see if anyone has done it, got advice, or will try to do a write up for it.
