If other companies offered a fold down/front slider window and installed fan I’d maybe consider looking at those. But those two factors alone keep me true to my order, however long it may take. Probably be in a tundra by the time my order comes up which I guess is a blessing in disguise.

It’s the same for me, except I’m in a Nissan Frontier and the comparable options in design/quality on the market are far more limited to me. So I’m going to stick it out, but I’m also going to air my frustration when I’m spending thousands of dollars!

Glad to have also gotten an e-mail response from Phil last night. Sounds like the lids to go with the current batch of campers just got back from powder coating and he's hoping to have my camper done in the next two weeks.

Hope this is true and a sign of a bit of momentum for them.

I wouldn't think too much of it, most of us received final invoice 3-6 months ago and have yet to get final dates.

Myself included. Final invoice was paid in October. No word on an install date.

Yeah, we got our final invoice back in August believe (order 201), so it probably doesn’t mean too much. Perhaps at the very least it means they’re communicating a bit. I don’t think we’ve seen that purported batch of 10 go out yet, so that’s what I’m waiting on. They won’t see another cent from me until they schedule a pickup date as far as I’m concerned.

Would also not fully believe that. Request for final payment came through in Oct, approx 5 months ago, with estimate provided for NLT Dec. Radio silence after that. To parttimedirtbag 's point, still does not look like the 10 in the 160's have gone out which have been on the radar past 6-8 months in this chat.

Not my first day at the rodeo; playing the same game as you bud. They will get payment when I see a camper on the truck.

Heard back last night, Phil is saying my camper should be "close to completion next week'... whatever that means.... we will see when they reach out to schedule pick up.

FWIW inquired about an EEZI 270 Awn, Phil responded that he generally recommends the OVS awning, just so y'all know.

I stop by last week. One was scheduled to be picked up on that day, it was a Nomad fully decked out and then some.
The other nine were on the floor and all almost complete. From what I understand aluminum parts for the next batch are on order.

Did you see a Drifter with the Arctic Tern rear door / tailgate replacement? (Or maybe just missing a rear window and they install that panel when the truck is there...)

Has anyone been paying close enough attention to figure out how long this 10 actually took to complete? Assuming they are actually being delivered in the next week or so… I’m trying to figure out how long they take to actually build, not counting delays for parts…. I’m 181 and wondering if I’ll have mine before the may/June…

I dont think that would be useful information in estimating the next build due to how few they made last year, expanding space etc. I think the real tell will be the time between essentially now and then next batch. The fact they're making 10 at a time is great though. Happy to be close to having mine, and understand how everyone else feels but things are thankfully more optimistic than they've been in a hot minute. Ill be sure to relay whatever info I can get while I'm there, and will try to suggest some simple communication ideas to Phil. Thanks to @RCRcer for visiting and getting some info.

Anyone know how long they generally take to install the campers? A few hours I'm imagining. I'm curious to see how they'll schedule installs. Maybe will meet one of yall there. I'm hoping I can just make it a 2 day trip from Utah. Don't really wanna have to pay for a hotel and shit haha
