Thought I would drop by to send a thank you to everyone here on TW. The amount of information I have obtained has been awesome. Unfortunately I have had to make the painful decision to trade in my 2005 Tacoma for 2009 Corolla XLE. I just couldn't justify continuing to drive my Tacoma to and from work at 15 mpg and paying almost $500 a month in payments, not to mention financially the numbers were starting to not line up. Hopefully at some point in the future I will be able to get back into Tacoma when it makes sense. Thanks again to everyone that has helped me over the last couple of years.

Hey at least you stayed in the Toyota family. Just because you sold the truck doesn't mean you have to leave TW.

Promise you won't put a fartcan on your Corolla? There's enough noise pollution out there.

BTW - hope you find your way back to the flock soon.

Sounds like you have a good plan, you can always get another truck down the road. As the others have said no reason not to stop in now and then here at TW :) Best of luck with your new toyota

to the OP: I see the list of mods you did to your truck.....if you had left it bone stock, would your gas mileage had improved? I can't see getting good gas mileage with some of the mods you had on your truck:confused:
