    No LEDs
    No Burned out Bulbs
and Yes the blinker fluid is topped off.....
Purchased the truck new in March of this year.
So, within a few hundred miles of driving of leaving the dealership I would occasionally experience "fast blinkers". Either the left or right would blink at a faster rate, like you would expect with a burned out bulb. It might happen a couple times a month. When I took the truck in for the first 5k service I mentioned it, but because they couldn't replicate it, no corrective action could be taken.
Last week, both right and left sides started blinking fast, all the time.
4-way hazards still blink at the normal rate.
The truck now has 23k miles on it. Before I take it back to the dealer to look into this, is anyone aware of a service Bulletin for this? Has anyone else experienced this? I cant imagine I am the first with how many rigs are out there....

Sounds like the flasher relay is bad.

OEM part looks to be $50, I’d warranty it.

Sounds like an intermittent bad connection at the bulb socket...try dielectric grease on the bulbs to keep the moisture out.

The combination meter is the brain/relay/controller for the turn signals it may be the culprit but a voltage drop across a connection can cause the same issue. If I got the truck I would inspect all the connections at the signals and mirror markers.

My suggestion is to record it when it happens, as safely as possible. If the dealer resists you can contact Toyota corporate to see if they can assist you. This is a safety issue/ticketable offence so I'd want it resolved as well.

Do you have the part number? IIRC the flasher relay is not changage. It is built into the back of the gauge cluster..

You’re right. I just did a google search for “flasher relay 2017 tacoma”, and 2 came back with “genuine Toyota parts” both around $50. But I just click on them and they are for 2004.

    UPDATE:
It was a bad cluster. Replaced under warranty. It only took 3 days. (Huge improvement over what other posters reported with other cluster replacements)
The dealer *was* giving me the run around until I called Toyota... The dealer claimed the Brake controller and HID lights would have to be removed in order to put the truck back in a "stock condition". I called BS because the problem started 12k miles before either were installed... Once Toyota corporate got involved the dealer sorted it out very quickly.....
Hope this can help someone else....

I was sure it was going to be low blinker fluid.

Have to use synthetic blinker fluid in these for warranty purposes. They call for 0-10w at half a quart per blinker.

But in order for this to work as intended, you have to demagnetize your floor mats first. Something to do with static electricity build up can negatively charge the blinkers causing sparks when using the signal lever.
