faulty fog light? HID

so today i picked up my truck from the body shop from repairing a deep scratch on the right rear of the truck cab (down to the metal of the door). it was not a collision scratch but a scratch from my friend trying to throw a ladder in the bed of my truck but thats a different story but i cranked it up and took a walk around it and noticed the slimcubby hid driverside foglight was not coming on. even after jiggling and unconnecting and reconnecting the wires still nothing. the bulb is not burned out, still the exact same condition as the other from what i can tell. could this be a faulty ballast? any ideas on what the problem might be? thanks for any help guys

 

Try swapping the ballasts and see if the problem follows the ballast of the bulb.

 

so i switched the ballasts around and the lights switched so it is defintatley a problem with the ballast. how do i go about getting my warranty for the slimcubby light group buy? (still within the one year warranty)
