Hey there, I have a 2017 TRD Sport Double Cab that I picked up in November and last night I went to plug in the 4-pin wire harness from my utility trailer into the factory 4-pin outlet on the truck and only the signal lights and brake lights would work. So, I unplugged it, and tried it on my buddy's Jeep Liberty, and all the lights worked fine. Then I tried to plug my buddy's trailer into my truck and same thing, no park lights, just left and right signals and brake lights worked. It's a brand new truck. Anyone else experience the same thing? Is Toyota using Chinese parts on their trucks now?

That does suck, but I would take back to dealer.

We even tried plugging in a 7-pin adapter into the factory 7-pin receptacle on the truck and it wouldn't connect. Is there some sort of additional adapter you're supposed to use with a 7-pin wiring harness?
