So I removed the fake bead locks off my rims. The screw holes are bare metal obviously...do I need to worry about rust?

Put the bolts back in. If they're too long then acquire some shorter ones... :)

Yeah, they are too long. Not sure where I will find such a short bolt...are they stainless?

Any sealant recommendations that will be clean and not leave residue all over the rim?

fastenal will probably have something you need... usually HD and Lowes hardware section is pretty bad, but I've found that some Ace hardwares will have a bigger bolt selection... try there first I'd say :)

does turning tires to black wall out count? How bout added snug top rebel.
I'm pretty sure they're aluminum, no rust, just could get filled with crap.

I just looked it up, Toyota says its a low pressure cast alloy, so it could be a steel wheel?

Oxidize yes, rust no. Cut your stock bolts down or get new ones, paint and reinsert.

It's most likely an alloy wheel, aluminum that will not rust but could oxidize as a previous poster said. Don't just put any screw in there as that can lead to bad things. Using the wrong type of metal could cause bad interactions between the metals, for example aluminum doesn't like stainless steel and the two could have a chemical reaction -- galvanic corrosion. Best bet would be to find a plastic screw or plug you can use to cover the holes.

    low pressure cast AL alloy.

no rust but can oxidize as others have said.

ACE should have the bolts, i've picked up a ton of the smaller sized ones, could even get a set-screw to delete the appearence of a bolt head.

    Thanks all.

Was wondering about this as well.

I guess the first step is to find out for sure what the wheels and bolts are made of. So if it is indeed a Cast AL Alloy wheel, what material of bolt should I be looking for?

I believe it was a T25 or T30. Easiest way would be to take one with you to the store. Nylon screws should work perfectly as well, dunno if they sell them in black.

LOL. The more I look at it the more I like it. Makes the rims look bigger too.

Looks great! Fill the holds with "black" hex screws from Home Depot.

Here's another option. 5mm black plastic spacers.
