Hi all, I have a new set of headlights but did not get a LED DRL module for my SR5. Does anyone have an extra? It is much appreciated. Thank you !

Put my set on my SR5. Overall I think they are worth it, for blacked out look and to get LED DRLs.

    Couple things I noticed:
    • Quality of plastic does not feel as solid as oem
    • I could see some chrome peaking through on the corners of where gloss black is
    • I found a chrome plastic shaving inside headlight
    • SR5 modules get kind of hot and mounting option was limited
    • Did not have to adjust projectors as they lined up exactly where my oem ones were (taped garage wall)
    • LED DRL are bright and look equivalent to TRD models
How did everyone else with SR model mount the module?

I agree on plastic quality. I put a couple of scratches in mine on the sides during installation. But for the price and now knowing the process it was def a worthwhile swap. If i ever go to better bhlm i wont be intimidated to do the swap. Mine also had a perfect alignment compared to stock.

I zip tied them into the 2 holes they showed in the 1 page of picture directions. It took a good 5/10 minutes of staring at it to finally realize where they were saying to mount them.

When installing my OEM pro headlights I placed 5 layers of tape on the entire lens to protect them from getting scratches. Worked out good. Hope this tip helps with installing the headlights.

Yeah took me a minute to figure out also. Wish there was a better mounting option though.

    LMAO!
Honestly, it took several minutes to really unpack what you were referring to... so don't be so self-conscious. Again, thanks for the postings.

So I noticed my driver side led drl was out this morning. When I stopped I popped the hood & tried messing with the resistor, got nothing. Tried turning on left blinker, got nothing. Any ideas? Blown fuse? Resistor gone bad? I’ve only had them a couple months. I’m pretty disappointed & might reach out to the company on a warranty issue.

I wonder if those of us who spliced into the existing led drl will have this issue since we are not using the supplied harness.

Probably not. That is why someone needs to hook me up with an additional harness that they have laying around

It’s like they got wet or something. I didn’t notice if it rained over night or not but maybe from the morning dew/condensation. My blinker started working again so I stopped in front of a store front & watched what happened when I threw them on DRL, they worked. But the driver said came right on without delay like the other side does that’s been working fine. When I threw on my driver side blinker both led strip & blinker flashes...wtf?
