Thanks for joining on here. These Pro style headlights & tailights were some of the 1st things I got for my truck when I bought it. I've had the Depo lights before on my ole 07 Subie & they were just as great. I've had zero fitment issues or wiring & lighting issues ever. Especially for the price I am very happy with them & have recommended them & gotten lots of compliments on how great they look.

Sounds like there was a bad batch of them shipped & that happens. I've been in manufacturing for a long time. Sometimes a supplier or a supplier further down the chain has issues & hopefully things can be resolved!

Glad to hear you been enjoying them! I couldn't agree more that the MODs are a great upgrade while keeping the look "toyota", my complaint is they don't make much FJ parts for me ha! They have been pretty solid for quite a while and it is close to OE as can be however I am looking into this hiccup to address this concern. Luckily, DEPO is pretty responsive as well the QC Number on the back/top of the headlights help us pinpoint the source of the issue much more quickly!

I was just looking at your site & saw some nice FJ tails from REVi & the DEPO corner lights look good too!

So I've been tempted to try out the REVi mirror signals with the DRL & wire up with a CH4x4 switch. Does the mtntaco code still work for 10% off?

Ha I do have those tail lights and headlights however we only had em for a limited time and those are non depo. The tail lights are cool because of the light bar is a real nice touch at night. The headlights are nice too but the projectors inside the housing are lame because the manufacturer tries and re use the same projector across different platforms which to DEPOs credit, that is something DEPO does not do therefore cost is a bit higher with DEPO lights. Essentially giving off a dim weak output. Throwing some HIDs in the with 4300k improve it but I hate modifying just to achieve some basic decent output.

That being said on the FJ Non DEPO headlight/tail lights, I got no complaints on the corner lights, they are a nice upgrade.

For your Tacoma Mirror Signal, Yes sir the coupon code works however shoot me an email with your postal code, I'll see if there is anything I can help you out with!

Still waiting to see how this all pans out.... would love to get these headlights (have had my eye on them for a while) but not ready to pull the trigger just yet in reading this thread... Glad to see that the vendor stepped in.

I was offered a refund but like you I also just wanted a new replacement without defects. But was later told that would be impossible because all of the stock had the same issues.

“I've taken the moment to work with our warehouse staff to check the headlights we have in our warehouse to see if we have one set that is suitable for exchange. Unfortunately, after going through all of the lights we've recently received, it seems that all of them share the same molding (with the bezel around the DRL diffuser) as to what you've shown me. I sincerely apologize for this unfortunate news.”

I’m one of your customers. Personally I don’t think it’s your customer service that needs improvement. I communicate with Rakim and he has helped me this whole time. No problems there! But I do think your company gets bad press because of the Depo product you sell. If Depo shipped defective products for you to sell and then get complaints about the product. People will blame your company and not Depo. Anyway at this point I just want my refund. Also just so you know I paid to have the lights installed and reinstalled x2.

I don’t see why this is such a big issue. Most people would never see it because you need to be 3 inches away to notice it and it doesn’t cause any issues with the functionality of the lights.

I’m still very happy with my purchase. They look great, the lights were aimed perfectly out of the box and best of all no leaks.

I would have never noticed it if it wasn’t mentioned in this thread.
