Hey Y’all! Just bought a 2018 Super White OR DCSB a few weeks ago. First purchase I made was a Cali Raised Faux TRD Pro grille. Took almost three weeks to show up, but was excited and got it installed fairly easily. On my way to work this morning, I got a dash light showing the sensor was off. Same thing on the way home. I’m pretty happy with the fitment and the look, but bummed I have a dash light on with less than 500 miles on the truck. I reached out to them and they responded saying “You may have to add the TSS garnish piece.” Ok. Has anyone else had this experience? Anyone bought the TSS garnish? Was it successful in fixing the problem?

I was told that you have to use the garnish piece to get the light to turn off. I am going to go the same route as you. I already purchased the garnish piece and tried to get a 2018 pro grill but they won’t sell them at the dealer to anyone without a vin# and registration of a pro.
Can you post a pic of the front so I can see what it looks like. Also is your grill a Chinese one or an OEM part?

I bought mine from Cali raised off road. Read a few posts about them, followed them on social media and seemed to get good reviews. Im not sure where the garnish goes, but it’s very similar looking to OE

From what I understand it’s a super easy fix, just need to buy a part from the dealer for the sensor that’s cheap.

I’m definitley looking into the fix tomorrow. I just was hoping to hear others experience with it. Am I going to be able to buy the part even though they’re not seeming to sell the OE Pro grilles without a matching VIN?

Should be a non issue, it’s not the grill. Talk to @CaliRaisedLed i know they have the fix for it.

This is the piece your looking for.

    https://www.ebay.com/ulk/itm/273100133432

It goes on the lower middle portion of the grill to protect the TSS and it's a flat plastic piece that allows the TSS full field of view.
