Favorite Nascar driver

I like Happy, but today was not his day. ECR just lost another engine too. Richard Childress must be shitting bricks right now.

 

who in the blue hell is trevor bayne?? and how the hell did he win the damn 500? i was in the garage working and missed the race.

 

I hate it. I like it so much better when it's one huge pack.

Glad Bayne won it though. Anyone besides Cryle Bitch and Jimmy Johnson.

 

Damn Robby Gordon got loose then took out Jr as he came back on the track. Jr was making his way back through the pack. I was surprised to see Bobby Labonte running in 2nd place coming around the final lap. Damn, it would have been nice to see him win.

I am not sure what is more screwed up - Having a 20 year old rookie in his second race win the Daytona 500 or having 3 Fords finish 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.

 

I know right.. saw an interview with jr and he even said he was sick of talkin about it, he said if his dad could speak he would tell everyone to get over it and move on...

At first I didn't know If I would like the pair car drafting but I have been to many Daytona 500's over the years and watched some boring races. I liked the fact that every time you looked up someone was battling to take the lead. Not just a few select cars could get out a dominate the whole race. It kept the race more interesting to watch IMHO.

 

Yeah, the new format is kinda weird but definitely more suspense-filled because you never know what'll happen.....at least on Daytona & Talladega. We'll have to see how things play out on different tracks and how the new points thing will go too. Woulda been cool for jr. to win on that day, and of course the wife wants Tony to win but was really cool for TB to pull it out for the Wood Bros................but my favorite driver would be me











Did 20 laps at Talladega for 50th birthday. 171 was oddly comfortable but points and stuff weren't on the line. At least there was passing and drafting tho. Real blast, recommend it to everyone.

 

I have several friends that have done that at Daytona and told me I had to do it. Definitely something I want to do....looks like you had a blast!!

 

I did 18 laps at AMS for my 50th. 171? that's crazy. I went almost 150. It was a blast. Went back and did 8 more for my 51st. Highly recommended.

 

I hope he get's another triple. I was lucky to see him in Bristol last summer.
