Make it myself. Food processor makes it easy.

Grate the cheese in the FP.

Make the dough in the FP. 4 cups flour, 1 packet yeast, teaspoon salt, couple tablespoons olive oil, 1 3/4 cups warm water. Process until the dough forms and the motor struggles.

Let rise about an hour covered. punch down and divide into 3-4 balls. Let rise about 1/2 hour. Meanwhile, pizza stone in the oven at 500 to heat up. Make the tomato sauce 1 14 oz can crushed tomatos, clove or two of garlic, minced, a little olive oil, dry oregano, salt and pepper. Mix that all together cold, do not cook.

Roll/stretch/form the pizza. I prefer to do this on a sheet of parchment paper. Makes sliding it onto the stone easy.

Brush the pizza with olive oil. Shake on a little oregano. Spread the sauce thinly. Top with the grated cheese and whatever else floats your boat.

Into the hot oven on the stone for 10-15 minutes. Remove and let rest a few minutes on a rack. Cut and serve.

While that pizza is cooking, roll out the next one and get it ready. Repeat until the dough is used up.

It's not local to me anymore, but in Pensacola there is a greek restaurant that makes killer pizza! Founaris Brothers on hwy 29/Pensacola Blvd. When I am up there working or visiting friends I sometimes pick up a pizza, freeze it and bring it back to Tampa. Any of their pies are good but I am partial to the "Super 7" with extra sauce and gyro meat. It is probably 3000 calories per slice, but it's worth it!

i had a slice in Venice Italy and made me dampen my shorts. it was like a warm, crisp cracker with a delicious sauce and light cheese. in Naples, it was good, but i kept remembering that Venice slice. hard to beat.

anyone try Pizza Bianca in Phx, AZ?

I will have to add Dion's here in Albuquerque. They're a small chain, like 9 restaurants. Their peperoni and green chile pizza is fantastic.

Also, homemade pizza last night, leftovers for lunch

I kinda like the ones you can order @ Sam's Club & Costco. Everywhere else seems to be getting priced ridiculously high.
