With my little 04 regular cab I can crawl over and around obstacles maintaining my property and zip around town and park easily.

There are so many things it's hard to choose. The number one thing though is how incredibly capable it is. I can drive home in a blizzard without anything more then reasonable caution. :)

the reliability of course. but I love how it's big and powerful enough to do most everything you may need to do with a truck (other than tow really huge stuff). But small enough that it is super easy to drive around town and park in any situation. I love that it's one of the most capable stock trucks offroad ever, yet nice and luxurious enough to drive daily (nice interior, power windows, a/c, 4x4)

    Size.
Not too small (or weak, even the 3RZ hols its own) nor is it a huge suburbanized F150. It can be a work truck (pull my mowers and haul wood), do just find around town (w/ parking), and it gets me to the mountain no matter the road conditions.
Xtra cab holds people, guns, and stuff, and the 6ft bed is just perfectly proportioned.

The Speedway Blue paint and the factory supplied Enkeis. The automatic shift gate looks cool also.

I love the long history of them being the best truck you can buy, and the fact that I don't have to pick between 1st gen or 2nd gen.

One thing that hasn't been mentioned already is how nimble these trucks drive and feel.

Its essentially the perfect truck for me. Its the biggest mid-sized truck on the market - compare a Taco to a Ranger, well, there is no comparison!

Its more practical than the Jeep I had in high school..I can haul stuff, pull the boat, pull a trailer w/ the 4 wheeler. Its reasonably well mannered on road, doesn't drink gas, and I never have to worry about getting stuck or not being able to make it home cause it broke down. We only gotta worry about the friends calling for us to come pull them out!
