I would have said my old 04 Tacoma until I owned and thoroughly drove this all over. I'd gladly take a third-gen 4Runner over any Land Cruiser every single time. We will be going back to a 2nd Gen Tacoma when this or the Pickup finally dies to have more room for camping with kids we want to have. 2nd Gen Taco would be a second place for me. But man will I be sad to see this thing go when it finally does. We hope we can find another one but they're getting hard to find.

Most Tacoma owners have pretty darn good taste in vehicles
    I guess I'm not too surprised:D

    Probably a 70-series LandCruiser, either 76 or 79.

Why 4runner over Land Cruiser? Especially a Land Cruiser like this, since we are in fantasy land. Like @CrustyTaco suggested, just 4 doors.:

Can't go wrong there. Crazy in the US we don't get a Toyota truck with that Land Cruiser heavy dutyness.

4Runner is actually a Land Cruiser Prado. Land Cruisers little brother basically. They're nice and well built and well capable. But Land Cruiser is Toyotas flagship vehicle.
Some like the 4Runners better because of the looks, but laying underneath both of them and driving both of them you easily know which is king:cool:
4Runners are nice too. Don't get me wrong. I just want to make sure I'm not misunderstood lol:D

I think of all those Lexus owners driving around in their perfectly polished GXs....having not even the slightest clue that they're driving around LC Prado in a tuxedo. Underneath all that Lexus fluff is a vehicle who's capabilities 99% of the public as no clue about.

Guess they might get a little wet grass action at their kids soccer game. :notsure:
