Laugh all you want. When the second kid was on the way and we were shopping for a new vehicle, we had the "oh my god, we are going to buy a minivan" moment.

100k miles, no problems. The thing still drives nice, is comfortable, and just swallows gear for skiing, camping, and other assorted family vacations.

Not laughing. Crying a little for you that this is your favorite vehicle that you have ever owned or driven.

1989 Audi 200 turbo Quattro. I searched for this car in 1997 after European Car mag named it to the top used cars to own. Pristine 5spd and then I chipped it and did exhaust and suspension. Sleeper luxury ...
    Loved that car.
Sold it for down payment on my house and drove a $125 VW Scirocco for the next 18 months.

Pretty much all my vehicle's I have loved but my first vehicle has to be my favorite. Had a blast in that truck and being my first of course makes it more special too. Now that I'm older and wiser, I'm afraid to do stuff in my Taco that I did with this truck.

Also my wife had a Saab 9-5 wagon and I just loved the way it drove and the comfort. I did however hate owning it but still miss it!

I like my dad's RSX for a nice daily driver. The 5 speed helps it rev like it has a lot of power and it feels tight and comfortable compared to his civic.
