    Check your Safeways.
I've scored a pair of Stagg Jrs, like 4 W12s, some WFP, etc. in the past few months.
    All at or around SRP.

Also, go to Total Wine tomorrow morning if your a Grand Reserve member.

I should be slotted for at least a W12 tomorrow.
Hoping I can add a Stagg Jr and a EHT Rye to that combo too.

What's with this action in Cali? Is this wealth coming up to Washington?

I check Safeway every time I go in. Only once did I get lucky and found a Michter's 10. Do you ask for the liquor manager to see if they have anything in the back, or was it usually out on the shelf?

I also check the TW on Arden regularly, but since they stopped putting the good stuff behind the counter it's been no joy. At least behind the counter you have to know to ask. On the shelf, it's like a goldfish in a piranha pond. Everyone smells the blood in the water (texting/emailing/calling/hiding bottles elsewhere) and it's a frenzy! Gone in a flash. I believe Wednesdays are the delivery day, so I try to swing by if I can. I actually have slowed down my drinking and hunting/buying, so no longer a Grand Reserve, and not too shook up if I don't see anything.

I have only gotten the previously listed bottles from asking.
Safeway liquor managers work weird hours, usually like 4AM-2PM, and not on weekends. Call, dial 0, ask for liquor manager

And if the Safeway has a wine cellar set up, you’ll have much better luck there

I haven't had a chance to get this but the SB rye is one of my all time favorites. Still looking for this one though.

I have an acquaintance who is the frozen foods manager (guess each department has a one) in a Safeway in NorCal, but I don't run into him very often. He also works weird hours, but more like graveyard shift. Thought about asking him to hook me with the liquor manager, but it's been a few months since I've seen him.

Barrell Seagrass grey label is a 16y/o blend of Canadian ryes finished in various barrel types. If you've had the standard version, then you know how wildly good it is.

This stuff though...there's barrel char circulating in the bottle. Talk about unfiltered. See the specks?
