    That Hidden Barn is just....not good. I've heard that they may have changed their distiller, and the flavor profile is changed, etc, etc. I had high hopes for this stuff (got it on sale for $50....not worth half that. It'll be going to my infinity barrel)

    It's not bad but it's not amazing either. Kinda meh? I'm very good at describing flavor profiles as you can see. I wanted it more because Quandary was the first 14er my wife and I ever hiked.

    I call this the store bought 10 and under collection.

    I’ll never own an M20 or M25, but I may be making a trip to the trail for a tasting next year, in which case I’ll try for a Fort Nelson, but availability is hit or miss.
