anyone need a makers mark heart release?

looking to unload one, figured id ask here before posting other places.

 

I didn’t go - only 60 bottles or so, and nearly 50 of them were Blantons. Perhaps they had other stuff, I don’t know. But didn’t want to go in hopes of a a dozen Wellers 12 or 3 Michter’s Toasted Barrel.

Last year, they had back to back weekends. But first weekend I had access to one bottle, second weekend was access to a selection based on what was left when you got up to the counter.

Just blinded the Heart Release against the Cellar Aged last night, it was a toss up between the two so well worth the money for anyone on the fence!

It is. For the money it’s my bottle of the year I think. Absolute slammer and in 2024 prices it’s about as cheap a bottle as you can get.

Agreed. For me it was like when I first had Blantons and understood the flavor hype (at msrp)

Yeah it helps that I am a huge turkey fan. Rare breed and Russels stuff are all regulars in the cabinet for me. TBH the only turkey that was kinda disappointing was Kentucky Spirit.

I found this one at the Class-Six last month. But I don’t know much about this particular selection. I bought more because of the “by Vets for Vets”

 

I recently had a CN-F Kentucky Spirit that was a monster.

Single Barrels gonna single barrel.

 

Trying out some locally distilled juice. At 132 proof it runs a little hot. A couple cubes smoothed it out.

As a side note, I’m watching the Big 10 championship. Lots of offense and very little defense.
