Pretty cool video on Wild Turkey

 

Picked up this 154 proofed AOTS and wanted to get it cracked and start opening up. Surprisingly flavorful and lacking the enormous ethanol punch in the face. For my first sip of the week, I was impressed!

 

Reminds me of Coy Hill. Mid 140s and extremely smooth. Impressive that something that hot can drink so well

A double "Johnny Walker Black with a dash of splash of Lagavulin is just about everything I want in a drink. I've even quite the "one ice" in favor of two finger drips of fresh water.

Wow! This was a different level of scotch.

 

It’s hands down my favorite Penelope. Very mild, just a hint of the orange, more brown sugar, its so easily sippable with no burn. 2nd bottle already on the shelf

Thanks for the compliment! I do it for fun out in my garage. I have actually built most of the furniture in my house over the last 10 years.

 

The ruby port finish is great. i had their 21 year….not so great, hard to believe the age date. I think it’s MGP juice, but i like their offerings a lot
