House Tyrell and Night's Watch are two of the harder ones to get, if I recall.

I'll keep my eyes open. I think Stark and Lannister are pretty readily available. Local store near me has had a couple of the houses in stock consistently.

My second batch of port finished Lagavulin 8 yo is a success! This batch is striking a perfect balance for my taste... big berry and honey flavor up front that swells into rich salty sea peat that lingers for days.

Pairing with the "cigar of the year" is pretty damn nice. The PC Encore is silky smooth cocoa and baking spice rounded out with earth tones that compliment the peat of the whisky.

I might be proud enough of this one to keep samples for sharing... I need to stack this whisky up against some Laphroaig Cairdeas and Longrow Reds to see if my experiment is actually worth a dram.

Whisky puns must mean it's Friday

Picked up some Willett Pot Still the other day. Hadn't seen it since last summer. Decent pour and cool bottle.

Not that I'm aware of, but then again I'm not knowledgeable of cigars. I turn to my BIL and he sets me up right.

Glad you enjoy it... it seems to be kinda polarizing. Myself and few other contributors to this thread get an overwhelming dill taste.... I’m glad you don’t.

Just tried Buffalo Trace next to Knob Creek 100 proof and I gotta say, the Knob is still the best I've had. Smooth, with less alcohol taste than either Buffalo or Maker's. Buffalo definitely has more smoke and seems to have more flavors than Knob, but I enjoy Knob the most.
