249AA7FF-3D08-4658-B5A6-F4518CBA27EE.jpg Picked up a couple bottles today. Sounds like reviews on the 1792 are mixed. This one was a store pick, and the guy said it was a good barrel. Also said the Ezra was allocated. Figured it was worth a shot for $25.

I'm going to be nice and only grab 2 of these at $35.

If anyone needs one, shoot me a PM. Willing to do trades.

I can only find this stuff in one place in my home state. And luckily, I can get the 1.75L for $40. :) I get made fun of when I walk up to the checkout stand!

I recently got to try the White, Black and Blue labels - buddy of mine drove cross country a few weeks back and stopped at his BIL who is a trader, he generously sent him home with three small sample vials for us to try. Enjoyed them!

Nice! My favorite. Last weekend, I went out of state to my Weller honey hole. Came back with 16 bottles, same as last trip. I cannot get it where I live and, as I said, it's my favorite, so I stock up when I get a chance.

Man, that's wild. That special reserve is everywhere in the Houston area. Haven't been on the lookout here in Idaho after the move, though. If you can't get WSR don't feel bad. It's not that special.

I see it often, but not too often do i find it in the $30s, That's why I'm surprised. Usually overpriced at $60 or $70.

Ya I leave it on the shelf as well around me. I think regular bt is better the special reserve. Now the 107 and barrel proof stuff is tasty. Special reserve is one of those overhyped bottles imo.

Kicking back here in Northern California grilling tri tip and having a glass of Buffalo Trace. A lot of us buy expensive fancy whiskey (me included) but it’s hard to beat a nice glass of smooth Buffalo Trace.
