    I’ll ask.

I just tried Heaven Hill the other day for the first time, very smooth.

Well, I did some hunting tonight.

A store outside of Reno had the 1792 Sweet Wheat, for $150. Absurd, I passed. It was an amazing store though, they had literally everything. Eagle Rare was $100, I get it locally for $25. Just stupid.

Meanwhile in the small town where I am, the gas station down the street has:
    Buffalo Trace — $45
    Blantons — $180
    Weller SR — $80
    Weller 12 — $350

Was in Reno a couple months ago. There is a "Quickie Mart" next to Kenji's Hawaiian restaurant on the corner of Spring Dr. and Longley Ln. that had Blanton's for $75. He said he stocks it pretty regularly. I brought two bottles back during the three separate weeks I was there.

Bottle of Knob Creek for $120. Think it's worth it? That's a hefty price bump over their other bottles.

That’s a pretty normal retail price, but then you add shipping.

I bought a bottle. Haven’t opened it but really $120 is pretty reasonable for a 15year old bourbon. If you like KC I think it’s worth owning. I like the 12 year quite a bit.

I think every store in reno has that, even my grocery store. Usually discounted $12.

Too funny. That’s a bottle that shows up occasionally at a NC liquor store, it’s around $35 or so and it’s allocated one per customer.

funny I just picked this up Sunday in Summit for $65 after I saw it mentioned here. I guess that’s just a touch over msrp? The selection in this store was incredible. All the wellers, tons of bookers, bt etc. Didn’t see any Blantons though and the weller 12 was out of my price range.

I can’t find the John Bowman locally anymore but I found a bottle in Richmond, VA last month which is about an hour from where it’s bottled. It was $32. The Bowman Bros. is usually $40ish around here. With its popularity rising I’m sure prices are going to be jumping.

Started picking this up for 25$ a bottle at the store. Maybe it was an intro price because now they have it about 45$. State owned liquor up in Idaho though.
    It’s a pretty good bottle.

Not too bad for the John J single barrel, it’s around $50 here but not as readily available as the bowman bros small batch which is $30. I actually like the small batch more :anonymous:
