One of my go to for an Old Fashion. Jefferson’s Ocean. Some call it a gimmick but I really enjoy it in in a drink or just on the rocks.

Nice pour of Orphan Barrel Fable and Folly 14yr. I’ve REALLY enjoyed this bottle and may have to pick up another as this one is just about gone.

In my humble opinion one of the best bottles around from the aesthetic viewpoint.

    Agreed. It’s also amazing juice…. I wish it wasn’t $150-$400 a bottle lol.

I tried that recently for $30. It's an MGP product but pretty good. I wouldn't buy it again for $30 (I'd rather have EW SB) but for $17, heck yeah! Also just had their regular bourbon, to me it's just meh.

Anyone here had Redemption Wheated? I’ve seen it in a lot of top 10 best wheated but then was reading reviews yesterday and they were not good.

Yeah, it's not a standout but still pretty good on the cheap.

Remind me what MGP is please. :anonymous:

Midwest Grain Products. Out of Indiana. They make the juice for A LOT of brands…. Sometimes because it’s a celebrity brand, sometimes its a new brand that needs to get something to sell while they age there own stuff. It’s very common and probably 1/3 - 1/2 stuff you see on the shelves is MGP.

    https://www.great-taste.net/tidbits-kudos/industry-news/whisky-brands-that-are-made-at-mgp/

here’s a pretty good list of MGP whiskey.

I keep forgetting to go replenish but there's a distillery near my house. Good whiskey and bourbon. Although the bourbon is only released once a year.
