I didn't mind that episode but I wanna know did Nick have that place as a destination in mind when he set out ?

 

Right. Maybe I didn't word it correctly. Everyone is infected, but wouldn't eating tainted meat speed up the infection and probably cause you to turn?

 

I was thinking he was heading back towards the States, by going towards Tijuana. The survivors of Celia's compound were going south, deeper into Mexico.

 

He's definitely closer to the border now. At one point the sign to Tijuana was 100 miles then 40 miles. I wonder why Nick didn't pick up the dead guys guns?

 

Or drive off in one of the cars on the road. According to exec producer on talking dead it's been 2 months since it all started so some of those vehicles should still run ok.

 

They seem to run just fine in TWD and it's been years since it began...

I think he wants to live in unison with the dead. It's an interesting concept taking from the books but I'm not sure if that is where they are going with it or not (not something that has been explored on TWD).

 

Yeah I get that he wants to live in unison like Celia did , just wondered if she had told him where to go . Maybe not .

 

I think he just ended up there. He looked surprised when the Doc opened up the door and it was a zombie free zone. The show needs to pick up the pace. Nick cant carry a whole episode without inducing sleep.

 

I think it is only going to get worse. Nick is about the only character who could actually carry a whole episode. If last night is any indication they will be doing 1 episode per 'group' since the split. That leaves a whole episode with Travis and his son and another with Maddie

 

Could be. I'll give it a couple more episodes. If I need No Doz to watch them, I'll just wait til October for the other one. The characters in the original are more interesting.

 

Yeah, worst case I'll skip a few weeks and binge 2-3 eps at once. It's just a tad boring to watch 40min at a time...

Can't wait for TWD. I got goosebumps seeing Negan in one of the promos last night

 

I fell asleep during the episode last night...laaaaame.

I'm just about over TWD too. Introduction of some dude and a big ass cat? The fuck? It's going to be the same shit over and over

 

Ha. Don't be so quick to judge TWD yet. It's going to be good (assuming they do it justice) where they are going with the story

 

He was also forced off course when those 3 guys started shooting at him so I don't think he meant to go there.
