I've said it before, with better writers they could have really done something here.

Maybe next season we stay with meeting new people and using flashbacks to each person's perspective of the outbreak.
It's the only way to stay true to the concept they started with. If not they'll catch up to the timeline of the original and it'll always be the cheap Camaro to a flagship Corvette.

 

I don't think they will ever catch up to the same timeline, as in the 2 shows would be existing at the same time, but they have already caught up to the point where Rick is awake and probably met up with Lori at the camp. TWD is years in to the apocalypse, Fear is still only a couple months at most...

I agree with you that they need to focus on the beginning more since this show was supposed to give us more insight in to that 'coma' timeframe but at this point they are just a different group doing the same thing as TWD's group did...

They did some things right,(not settling down on Abigail's farm....no matter how perfect the land, already done @ Hershel's) some things wrong(didn't learn anything of how Mexico or for that matter, the U.S. crashed so quickly) but I have hope for next season. New characters, new perspectives to replace ones lost.
Just for the fact that they killed Chris by popular demand shows they're concerned for the cash cow to die.

And for God's sake, tell Madison's whole story so we know whether she's changed or changed back.

 

Interesting but sounds right.......I'd still be in my attic eating MRE's and shooting out of the dormers at this point. laughs. j/k. I don't have dormers.

And until the finale it failed to deliver on that. Just more of the same drama that makes TWD boring.

Cause I can. Who watches anything and isn't displeased at some point with what they watch? I'm sorry but you can't please everyone and when I'm not satisfied I will continue to voice my opinion. You obviously voice yours.

 

I watched stranger things and I wasn't displeased in the slightest...except when it was over bc I wanted more!!!!

I gave this series a shot and watched the finale last night. It just sucks.

They split up at the ranch, Nick runs off again, They killed off Ruben Blades character which was the best one, Strand stays back at the hotel for 0 reason at all, the cartel was like the mickey mouse club, none of the characters are interesting at all, Madison for F's sake might be the dumbest character ever on a show. Chris and Nick are identical emotional teenagers mad at their parents. I am interested in who the border guys are. I like when people have their shit together in an apocalypse. Not a band of morons that have dysfunctional families.

 

Yeah Rick/Lori/Coral weren't dysfunctional at all........

Well, you know what they say....Opinions are like belly buttons (or buttholes, but I don't like to use off-color language)...everyone has one.

 

Did anyone catch the FTWD mini on Sunday? Looked like they used the quarantine set from Last Man On Earth.

 

I saw that, my guess is that's what is on the other side of the border.
