Still, they could have just left with supplies and waited it out somewhere else and then came back. It only took a day to get the horde there so in a day it would have been gone or at least small enough to deal with.

 

They finally meet up after almost dieing and now they are splitting up again?

 

For once I'm glad they are splitting up. I don't like Madison so time away from her is good. Why didn't Nick just get himself in the zombie muck and go help? It's like he forgot how to mingle with the dead. Was a great episode nonetheless. Next week looks good too. Nick remembers how to zombie.

They should have scavenged the pantry before leaving. And I think nick and Troy are best friends now.

 

They loading a few big packs so it's possible they did and it was just implied. If not then that was dumb.

 

I almost gave up on this show last season, but so glad I didn't! This season has been on point!

So our crew is all split up for next season

Did they ever say if that river runs south or north ?

 

So Procter is basically like Negan. He has multiple outposts in Texas and Mexico and forces people to work for him and kills everyone who gets in his way. It's only a few months into the apocalypse and these characters are just as evil as Negan in season seven.

 

That's because people are that evil even before the apocalypse.
Being that The Procters is a biker gang I'm hoping the merge between the two shows is going to be with Daryl or Merle or both maybe and the bikers.

I know the real river flows west into the Pacific. TV wise it seemed to flow north in the same Direction Walker and Lee said they were heading. I could be wrong though.

The one thing I didn't get was the whole Strand and Daniel fight. Daniel could have easily taken out Strand but they made it look like he didn't know what he was doing or even had a gun. Afterwards he was back in his usual death dealing self merc'ing guys left and right without missing a beat.

 

Yeah, I kind of got that too. But maybe he really didn't want to kill Strand at that time? Well, I am glad Daniel things shook out like that as he was able to get to Nick before the full collapse of the dam. I was really wondering how they would get through all that.

I like the idea of a biker gang here. Proctor John is like Negan, except he doesn't do the smiling bit. It is cool to hear that he has a trade route set up from Houston to San Diego. That should set up some interesting storylines in both shows. Kirkman did say that there will be a point that the two shows have a crossover episode, so this may be some groundwork being laid to get us to that point.
