FED EX /WALGREENS lost by rear brakes, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    They claimed they send it back. There was no reason to send it back .

    I asked for proof and they don’t have proof

    They kept saying “fed ex driver picked up never scanned”

    Dumb thing is if it’s an authorized location Walgreens and fed ex should be working as a team instead of pointing fingers at each other

    At least you have an authorized FedEx drop of location. There's not one within 200 miles of me despite FedEx Ground having a hub here and nope you can't will call at the hub. FedEx ground sucks which pretty much stops me from ordering from Camelback. The service on their end is great, but FedEx ground fuck that.

    FedEx needs to step up and take care of this. If they can't trust Walgreens as a balding location, then they shouldn't use it as such. FedEx is in the wrong here.

    Except fed ex kept saying “tell your vendor to deal with this”


    This is not the vendors problem. They shipped it

    It’s not my problem, I paid for it


    Fed ex is using Walgreens as package hold location. Fed ex should have stepped up on the phone

    And they didn’t

    Kings,total chaos uppers, Deavers, JBA headers, Borla exhuast, engine mods, DC power 270 amp alt, 2k watts of sound, gps alarm.
    I can't stand Fed Ex! they had a a package of mine it was an aluminum alternator pulley, the guy at the Fed Ex location opened it for some reason in front of me not asking!!!! as if It may be some sort of illicit package. After that incident I don't deal with them anymore. The pulley was a replacement for D.C. Power alternators, it's a legit company. I had the employee spinning the pulley inspecting it as if it was a fake, I thought whatever, 'he's a doh-doh', he was power tripping. What Gunny did for the buyer is truly old school American! Good dude.

    Around Here Fed-Ex ground goes through contractors in a few weeks

    I hate having them deliver anything They left a new computer sit on the steps of my storage trailer for a week as I leave and get home after dark I never saw it till the weekend it only poured 3 days .

    My UPS drivers are great That is why they get $ 100.00 at the Holidays

    I was beginning to be suspicious as to why 2 packages were held at their tennessee facility, claimed it was a lost package. UPS don't pull this shit.

    Walgreens is equally to blame as FedEx. I used to be a store manager for walgreens, before I had enough, and became a recruiter. And several years ago they were a depot for DHL, it was poorly executed and within a year the partnership was dissolved. I recently saw a sign at my local walgreens about FedEx drop off authorized site.. It won't last especially with issues like such and when the staff isn't equipped to handle it. Sorry for your ordeal. In closing walgreens will at the least compensate you for your troubles, make your voice heard and you'll get something from them.
