FedEx F**k up

I ordered a new bumper for my truck. The FedEx driver signed for it and never dropped it off. I’m guessing they saw the Toyota label on the box and took it. Little do they know it’s for a 12 year old truck that people are just getting rid of. Have fun selling that.

 

Best be on your way down to the office to complain.

 

Or they left it and at your door and someone stole it?

 

I was home waiting to sign for it and it never showed up but I got the alert that it was delivered and signed by “o owner”

 

Won’t matter. The vendor still ends up getting screwed. The vendor will probably replace it and fight with FedEx but never get compensated. It really sucks.

Yup. It’s pretty icy the same with all shipping and freight companies. They all suck.

 

Fedex lost 3 of my packages this year alone.

 

When the signature is made, the tablet they use takes a gps snap shot. FedEx, and or UPS also takes a quick photo, I forget which.

 

I got I’m contact with them already and they don’t have any answers for me. It was supposed to be a father day project with my dad but there goes that.

 

I had a phone show up a day late, it was signed for as delivered so I thought they stole it. Turns out the on trac guy had a long day and said he delivered to get paid (they get paid per stop) and delivered it the next day

 

I've had several screwups with FedEx, that I now get packages redirected to a FedEx office, where I sign and pick it up.

Haven't had a problem since.

Yup, anymore I have anything valuable or important held for pickup at the FedEx Office near me.

 

I have not had good experiences with Fed Ex. If it’s a heavy item it usually arrives damaged. They will just shove it off the back of their truck. They will send one guy in a 30’ truck with no lift.

 

My wife had a package delivered via Fed-Ex it said delivered last Sunday at 2:34 pm. We were home, it wasn’t, we watched the video, they never drove by. Guy delivered it Monday. Hopefully you get it tomorrow. Fed-ex sucks.

 

Fed Ex is terrible. I've had more than one "delivery" not delivered. The latest was a order from Eastwood Paints.

 

I have had Fed-Ex and UPS text me a delivery confirm with no delivery. Each time the package was delivered the following day.

I've had fedex deliver a package with nothing it in. Guess he needed the dirt bike grips more then me. Lile the bag was literally cut open with a box blade.

 

My experience has been similar with FedEx. Lots of issues and I feel bad for the vendors on the other end.

UPS has been a lot better in my experience. There's been fewer issues and it never seems to be about the driver, unlike FedEx.
