Anyone have problems with FedEx? I paid for overnight delivery and it took 9 days. They admitted someone misplaced the package then it was accidentally found. Just got an email that I am not eligible for a refund due to their policies. I’m never using them just wondering about your experiences

I once had them deliver a package and they set it on the HOOD OF MY TRUCK! WTF?!

I’ve had 16 out of my last 20 packages delayed for days, damaged and misplaced. 2 have been lost and claims. FedEx blames Covid and uses that excuse and says sorry.

Did it actually get lost or did the shipper not get it out on time? I ship and receive about three dozen express packages a day and have very few issues..... Then again, they just delivered a package here that was shipped out in October of 2017 so shit definitely happens

Fed-Ex is awful, post office is worse. I sent a package to a forum member VIA the post office, it took 8 days to get there. He lives 4 hours away from me. UPS is taking him one now, left Monday, should be there tomorrow.

Haven't experienced Fed Ex. But UPS refunded overnight charges on a couple of occasions. The USPS on the other hand flat tells you it is only a "suggestion". I went round and round with them over a an overnight delivery that too two weeks due to a "mistake in handling".

I had the FedEx person tell me it was misplaced. My FedEx tracking app had it listed as processing 5 days after I attempted to ship it

They literally just didn’t move it. FedEx customer service told me a local hub had many many trailers that are full and not unloaded and won’t be for days.

currently waiting on a delivery that was mailed 7/30 and last scanned 10 miles away at the hub on 8/6. FedEx just said “hmm bear with us with the influx of e commerce”

Never had a problem with FedX but your choices are limited to either FedX, UPS, or the post office and you dont always get the choice of who delivers your package it depends on the company that your buying product from on who they use. So if you have a bad experience 1 time should you say never again?if so, when you want to order something from a company and they use the shipper you dont like do you in turn not order from that company? The only time you have control is when you ship product from you even as a company and customers say dont use that shipper. Sorry you had a bad experience but things happen from time to time and life goes on and we nust be more tolerant

As a whole, FedEx has been awful. The local delivery center only ever has 1 person working at a time. Guy can take anywhere from 5 seconds to 45 minutes per person. Used to get stuff delivered to work but numerous times they’ve delivered to the wrong floor. There’s also a package thief on one specific floor that will sign for my stuff AND OPEN IT. One time it was Christmas gifts, gone. Another time it was car parts (control arms, bushings) girl couldn’t figure out what they were so she threw the box back outside all torn up. Couldn’t even have the decency to bring it to me.

The guy that delivers near my house is about the only positive I can think of. For signature required packages I told him unless it’s one of these 2 days, keep on going, no ones here. On those days he’ll probably catch me working on cars, and stick around talk cars for a couple minutes, depending on how many deliveries he’s got.

So now FedEx is sending me collection notices. Said my credit card didn't go through. I spoke with them and was told to fax a copy of my statement. Found the transaction on my statement which says posted. I called the credit card company just in case and they said yes the transaction went through and has posted. I faxed all the info still getting collection notices. I finally handed it over to the credit card company. They cancelled the transaction and resent the money......three weeks later another collection notice. They have corresponded with FedEx who have not responded back. Apparently they have 90 days to respond. At least the CC company notified the credit bureaus so it will not ding my credit score.

My package took a spin around Memphis. Called as it was never delivered as expected. They had nothing to say, put in another claim, no call back. called the selling company, had a replacement 4 days later.
but hey, this one is “still on its way”

Tracking showed I had a package “left on the porch” that I found 600’ down the driveway in the woods. That might have been UPS though, it’s been a couple of years.
