    So is that threaded portion all that is broken? How much are you going to sell the damaged blower for?

    UPS is way better than FedEx on claims for parcel freight hands down. Stuff happens when you ship things, an unfortunate reality of the business...abiet only about .5% of total shipments. $4k is a drop in the bucket for them. 20 and $30k claims aren't unheard of on the freight side for just one skid.

    Long story short, good call on the insurance.

    A couple of years ago Purolator had to fire a couple of drivers here for "racing" there postal trucks on a two lane highway in the snow. The stupid shit people will do now a days.
