I just need a @Mobtown Offroad Hybrid Front bumper, and their rear bumper like Jerry's. Maybe in TRD Red? I may be painting those sliders red after all boys.













I'm really stoked. I'm into it for $100 more than the Softopper. No windoors but I'm ok witdat. The front has a slider, and folds in. I want to maybe replace the 3rd brake light. It's got some condensation in it. If I can get it out and fixed cool. I need to get the wiring harness. 3 prong, there's two overhead led lights inside. One with a switch and a led light strip in the headliner. Oh, a fold down clothes hanger. I may or may not bedline it black. At least not until it gets warmer. I have new bed cap seal I want to add too. I kinda like the color a lot. It definitely goes with the blue.

When I got with it, as I was pulling up the drive I told Deb to go to the front window. She liked it, and I asked her what it reminded her of. I said think back 37 years ago............ and she said "The Bronco!". Back before some of you were born, and most of the rest were still in diapers, in 1980 I bought one of these and wheeled the hell out of that thing. That was before malls were so popular.

I know your feeling a little nostalgic about the white. I did check out a canopy this weekend at our meet up that the guy had bed lined black. It was pretty damn sexy looking. The texture gave it a little bit of a wet look and it looked tough as nails.

I know..........I'm digging the white but a close friend on here, @UntamedTaco had his LineX'd and I agree with you. It definitely is a great look. I already know what a black cap looks like on there too so no regrets going that route either.

 

I liked it a lot. I'll probably regret it one day. But a hard shell has some merit too. I definitely like the extra room, and added security. I think parking in the city was the largest driving factor.

 

Red bumpers and sliders? IMO that would look odd

Yea, Seb was interested from the day I got it but when this cap came up he called dibs in the event I went for that. I couldn't pass up on the deal so Seb took the Softopper.

Hey, I just clicked on the Gearwrench Swivel Spark plug socket and it's $18+ now. Was it really on sale for $2 bucks when you posted it?

 

There was probably a $2 coupon because $2 for the entire thing sounds awfully cheap.
