Those budside boxes look like an afterthought trying to be like the Ram with their sportsman boxes look like crap and seems useless.

Bitter sweet day for me. On the one hand I'm excited and pacing the house waiting for UPS to deliver a sweet item from @CaliRaisedLed ... but on the other it's raining all day so I can't even install it.

Scenario: You score a sweet deal on some expensive brand new aluminum Icon billet UCAs and have a reputable offroad-related mechanic shop press in the Delta Joints since they require a C-frame with at least an 8" throat (~$100 tool) to use with the Icon adapter also needed to press the joints. You purchase the Icon adapter and provide that to the shop to use for the install. You receive the UCAs back with the joints pressed in and they are filthy with smudges. Upon cleaning up the UCAs at home you see there are plenty of nicks, scratches and gouges on the surface of the UCAs. Then when you go to install the UCAs you notice the retaining ring on one of them isn't fully installed and can be removed using only your fingernail. Turns out the channel where the retaining ring is supposed to go looks damaged as well.

    How do you react?

I would make the shop replace the UCAs. They just bought them

All they've done so far was ask for more pics (the pics I posted above) and that was on Monday.

Yeah I sent them another email today. I prefer the emails for now to have documentation before calling or going back in person. Regardless of how they handle it, I'll never have them work on anything for my truck again.

What a shit show. They really did a number on them. Not sure how they could be returned to you thinking you wouldn't notice.
