Ha ha yeah. When I went to the shop to exchange the damaged UCAs for the new they had to transfer over the heim adjustment parts to the new ones and I got nervous they were going to scratch the new ones. All worked out in the end though. Whew!

 

Awesome! Now lets get offroad and beat the crap out of those UCA's.

 

I'm chomping at the bit to get offroad! Got some new front Kings to test out as well.

 

Awesome! I am not going anywhere until I get my front DS put pack together. Pulled it apart to change the DS diff seal. But, separated my DS CV Axle while pulling it. So, I have that to deal with now. Probably get it all buttoned up tomorrow.

 

Yikes, I'm assuming your front diff was leaking?

 

Yep. The axle seal had a small leak.

 

I was trying to cut a corner to avoid dropping my IFS skid when my rudimentary axle removal rope slipped and pulled the inner boot clamp off. Which allowed the axle to seperate. Ended up dropping my skid plate ayway.

 

Awesome! Seems their desire to please is also their admission to fault. Which is good for you for sure. I wonder if that will change things for them moving forward?

I haven't yet needed to, but probably will on the console piece around the shifter. Gonna try to get to that piece tomorrow. I also want to do the two silver pieces on either side of the stereo. I'm liking the look of the matte black typhon kryptek camo

 

I grabbed some knifeless cutting tape and am going to add some kind of graphic to the hood.

 

Getting the rear bed molle panel loaded up. Pic with the actual PowerTank also mounted coming later!

 

Need some large Quick Fists?

 

Those are for the fire extinguisher. Just moved them to the rack to get them off the floor. Going to make a simple bracket to mount them to on the left side of the Rotopax.

 

Ah cool. I have a pair of the second from largest Quick Fists hanging around the garage that I've never used and was wondering...

 

I love the quick fist lineup. I've got the regulars, minis, super, and longarm versions.

 

I don't have a ton of experience with them. I bought these for a Waterport. Got the Waterport and realized they're too small and they make one more size above. I was too lazy to return them, so I just held onto them. The biggest size Quick Fist makes work great for the Waterport (if anyone cares).

 

Yep that's what I used to secure my Waterport.

 

Now ya tell me!

 

Finally got my PowerTank mounted up! Since I won't be keeping it on the truck unless I'm wheeling, I've just zip-tied the clamps in place so they won't swing around ... unless anyone has any more clevererer ideas? @EatSleepTacos
