Great looking tire for sure. And the best part is that they are about $80 cheaper per tire than my current 33s.

 

Ugh, it's been pretty nasty here lately with the humidity.

 

I know, I was looking them up last night. Great prices on those. And really great reviews on them!

 

I was DRENCHED today after doing a cmc, my god. I can’t stand the humidity.

 

I had to repark my truck so my passenger side was shaded so I could remove my flares today.

 

Yeah, weeks like these make me so glad I put a pool in 20 years ago. Golfed this morning and spent the rest of the day in the pool.

 

Passenger side fender flares trimmed! Going to tackle the passenger fenders today if I can survive the heat.

 

My air compressor died halfway through doing that. I used a nibbler to finish it. It wrinkled the metal a bit but the edge trim covered it. If i had to do it all again I would have went flareless. I loved the look!

 

Flareless would certainly be easier since I won't have to make some brackets to help hold them in place ... but I'd have to have my fenders re-wrapped to do that since the wrap doesn't currently fully cover the area under the flares.

 

I'm not sure how much of a PITA the bracket is going to be. Have you considered making them bolt on? I think i paid around 50$ for all the hardware from McMaster-carr

 

I won't really know until I get everything cut and take a look.

 

Got the passenger fenders cut, smoothed, and painted before the heat made me quit for the day. Kind of hard to tell because of the glossy black paint and overcast weather. Brackets and slapping the flare back on tomorrow.

 

Totally thought the GOAT armor said Mexico Edition based off the pictures from a few days ago. I didn't want to seem like a douche, so I didn't ask. I'll be hiding in the corner now.

My truck WAS assembled in Baja.

 

I figured the armor was a tongue-in-cheek reference to that.
