I’m surprised he wouldn’t offer that, then again if his manufacturing process is pretty limited then I could see how he couldn’t. But he did fix the PC issue right?

Yeah the PC issued is supposed to be fixed now. I think he's just using a different guy to do all of that.

Looking good. I have the same issue with my bed rack, sadly. In the process of sanding the most troublesome spots and have debated on doing the whole thing. Just so much time to get it all sanded down :/

How did you find getting into the corners and around the edges? Did you sand it all down or just pick your battles?

I used my dremel (with it's 1000 attachments) to get the tight areas. The inside portion of the panels was a pain, but those parts weren't really peeling/bubbling like the exterior surfaces were.

Lol too long! You could probably get away with just using heavy grit sand paper on the interior part and then sealing it up with the primer and bedliner though.

Did you paint the orange first and then paint the bedliner over it?

Few coats of bedliner first, the a few coats of orange on the area that I wanted orange, then taped off the orange area, then a few more coats of bedliner, then peel the tape off. It's a 37 step process. :D
