Feedback on a budget lift

    Hi, hoping to find some people who have done this budget friendly faux lift and get your thoughts. Good? Bad? Ugly?
    I also need tires so I can go bigger if I do this lift and then replace parts over time until it's the real deal. Or be stuck with just a smidge over stock size for a couple more years :(
    Mixed used but want to be able to tackle tougher trails.

    No. That's a pretty sheit lift, top hat spacers and blocks are never a good idea.

    Do Bilstein 5100's and an add a leaf for a budget lift.

    Wouldnt mind a block in the back but keep it under 1". Spacer in the front that gives 3" of lift will show its weakness once you start "tackling tougher trails".

    Grab 5100's or eibacks pro kit and an AAL and youll be under a grand and much happier.

    You get what you pay for.

    If you want to offroad with it, steer clear of this type of crap. Block lifts give you all the disadvantages of a lift, and none of the advantages as your performance is going to decrease.

    Get yourself a set 5100s and an add-a-leaf in the back.

    But have you gone offroad with it at all yet? A bone stock truck is more than capable enough to get a novice in trouble. There's likely no need for lifts or anything just yet. If anything, all you really need to do is get yourself some better all terrain tires in the stock size.

    If all you have is $200 to spend, do NOT spend it on a lift. Spend it on gas. Go out and drive what you have.

    And please, just in general, don't buy your components from Amazon. Buy from a reputable off-road/truck specialist.
