Maybe they will bring you onboard as lead engineer for the 5th Gen.

It is, the TFL dudes touched on that in 3G compared to the 4G video. The 4G interior is indeed bigger.

No it isn’t. It is massive compared to my 1G. Thank goodness they didn’t get your input. Buy a full-size, or build your own truck exactly how you like it. There are people who are never satisfied what the factories offer that do.

I keep seeing people crap on the 4G taco size, then being told to buy the Tundra if they feel like it's too small. But, these same people then claim that the Tundra is too small, because it's smaller than the previous version. What freaking truck do you guys actually want? Taco is a mid-sized truck, and the dimensions are appropriate for that. The Tundra is the next step up if you want a "bigger taco". The 2.5G Tundra was far from a mid sized truck. Makes no sense to see people bitching about the 4th gen taco size.

Sounds like y'all wanted a full sized truck, which the Tundra has the cabin and bed to give you that. Don't like it, buy one of the big 3 full sized trucks then.

Dunno…I jump back and forth between my 3G and 1G, the 3G feels about the right Goldilocks size, not too big, not too small. The 1G feels a bit snug. Crazy thing is even if the 3G is bigger overall, the inside bed dimensions are actually a touch larger on the 1G.

All Midsized trucks are roughly the same sizes except for an inch here and there.

Man, you guys that think the 4th gen is to small would have flipped over the early 80's Toyota trucks. They weren't much bigger than a Polaris ranger inside. My 81 was probably my favorite Toyota truck of them all.

Parking spaces aren’t getting bigger here. I need to be able to park in cities and garages. I don’t want a bigger midsize truck. I’d really like a smaller BOF truck, not something like the Maverick.

I would be willing to bet that most people here don't want a bigger Tacoma. The Tacoma used to be a compact truck.

You should start your own car company and put Toyota out of business, that would show ‘em!

Exactly, a Tacoma is a Tacoma, not a Tundra

Adding more rear leg room doesn't make it a Tundra.

Since the Tacoma grew to darn near the size of the 1st Gen Tundra, isn’t it really a Tundra with a Tacoma badge…
