I have a 06 Tacoma trd offroad and I just put the bilstein 5100 shocks on it and put it on the middle notch (I think it's the 1.75 inch) and after that I feel a little vibration every 3 seconds or so between 30 and 40. What could it be?

It's a very faint vibration but noticable. DO I need to worry about it? Limited funds I'm only 17

Well according to the dealer its normal alot of people just put up with it me on the other hand well it drives me nuts so I fixed it myself, well documented problem but the debate is still out on whether it will cause any long term problems, personally I think any vibration is cause for concern there is many threads on the topic and some fixes you can try that won't cost you anything like the carrier bearing flip and shim, search "driveline vibrations" or "vibrations" you will see alot of threads on the subject alot of them have really good info on the problems and some solutions.

Do a quick test - Drive tell you feel the vibration and as soon as you feel the vibration switch it to 4X4 high and see if it goes away. Sounds like what I had.. Let me know.

Mine does the same bro. I've talked to multiple Taco owners and they have the same problem. It's not really a problem though, it does no harm, just feels weired.

did you guys get control arms to get good alignments? I get vibes at 60-70 because of my alignment; got 3.5" of lift in the front.
