    You can call too...when i did mine online it said it was "out of warentee" but when i called they took care of it...make sure you keep your harddrive before you ship it...if you have 3 lights...you know it is the overheating problem...

    I did all this about a month ago, and they instantly shipped me a new xbox after they recieved mine.
    Took about a week to get the shipping label.
    And a week later A brand new xbox arrived at my house.

    However I shipped my harddrive with mine, and that took close to 3 weeks after i got teh new one before they got it back to me. So make sure you keep your harddrive to put on the new xbox they send you.
