Short answer is that there is no resolution in sight at this time.

Long answer is that MetalMiller responded to my email (he takes about a week to reply), offering some instruction on how to use a drill. Unfortunately for me, no amount of drilling instruction was going to reshape the grill or the emblem to make it fit like a stock one.

Another email and a week later he offered to make the emblem I was promised in the first place. Unfortunately for me, this was going to run about double. Still waiting for a reply to my following email, been a little over a week.

Except for this emblem I’m pretty satisfied with my truck mods and it’s tricky getting a front bumper, tires, wheels, suspension, etc., to all play well together. So slapping a surface mount emblem over the stock one doesn’t have a lot of appeal -- and I doubt paying double for the right emblem is going to give me warm fuzzies every time I look at it.

Why don’t you open a thread on the main forum and tap into the expertise of the group? Someone might as well have some fun with this…

Fulfillment according to the order placed, and/or customer service does not appear to be a high priority.

Yeah still no e-mail back, i can understand being busy, and i DID get my emblem it was just fitted for a larger 2011-2012 grill and not the 2010 that we had discussed. So i got a 2011 grill lined up i have given up on metal miller trying to set straight this situation to be honest. i wouldnt be too upset about it if the price was not as high as it was. I mean this emblem was 85 bucks after shipping and to me thats a lot of cash for something thats just chillin in the seat of my truck. Guess lesson learned.

Just put it on the truck looks good gives it that feel of customization. I like it. I attached a picture I know I have to get the truck a wash and paint the grill the again. Winter sucks.

Hey guys, sorry for any slow responses. I've been out of town for the last week and was pretty out of pocket the week before. I believe I've spoken with all of you who had fitment issues or order miscommunications. I'm able to check and respond to my emails daily now.

well just wanted to throw a pic up of mine, I got the wrong emblem for my 2010 but i just found a 2011 grill instead and threw the emblem on, As for the looks of the emblem personally i give it an 8 out of 10 i think it should fit more Flush than it does but overall i am happy

Didn't have any fitment issues, but also didn't have a stock grill...

    Thanks MetalMiller!
