    Okay I've got a few commitments, so I'm going to buy a half sheet of aluminium from IMS in the next week or so. Right now I'm going through the Caltrans hiring process, so as soon as I get that all squared away I'll knock out all the pairs of braces for you guys that want em. Just give me a few weeks. I'll contact everyone when they're ready to ship.

    Okay, I'm back in town, I went and bought some aluminum today, and I'll start making em starting Monday, thanks for the interest everyone,, I can make em with or without holes, & as far as plating goes I'm not sure it'd be cost efficient unless it would be a large quantity. As far as price goes after buying the metal and doing some number crunching I'm thinking 60 for the pair of braces. In my 1st feeler I was thinking with the hardware but not quite sure if can at that $, I'll have to go see what a box of bolts cost, they're 6mm flange bolts, what'd you guys think? Is that something any average person could pick up or easier to include? The stock ones work if I remember right but these look cooler :) thanks again

    I'll chime in. First, I want the holes.... and she knows it! Secondly, I'd rather pay a buck or few bucks more to have the right size hardware included. Just makes it so much quicker to put on. If you bought in quantity, charged a buck or few more, it should make you a couple extra in the long run to cover the efforts. Merica!!!!!

    Just an update. I'm in the process of fabrication, I'm doing it in a small window of time after work, so I should have 3 sets made up by the end of the weekend. I got some bolts, 6 small head flange bolts, so with the bolts it'll be $65.00 for the pair, plus shipping, for anyone in So Cal, I could meet for pick up to save shipping $.Thanks.
