    Couple shocks, some old tires, and a bad paint job
    Those don't look like Fabtech UCA's unless they were painted another color, but that looks like a one of the very rare Downey/Doetsch kits they discontinued back in 99.

    That's exactly what i have here. The uppers are fabtech painted rustolium black. The Downey kit I got on eBay with no uppers a decade ago. I want to do uniball uppers and keep the Downey lowers.
