Feeler for a replacement third brake housing "no go"

Super interested in a 2nd gen access cab one. When I first saw these things on the raptor on IG. I was hoping someday one would come out for the tacos!! So badass

It was a no go at the Baja Designs Anniversary. He had some stuff come up and could not get there. Back to waiting a little while longer.................

 

Integrate a NMO for my radio antenna and I'll buy one ASAP! '2nd Gen'

Dudes kind of a flake. Can't keep his priorities in line if you ask me. Seems like a nice guy, never got to meet him cuz I got flaked on multiple times. But he needs to take on one project and stick to it until completion

Ill be honest, the guy basically just stopped talking to me, I tried numerous times getting ahold of him. From may-mid August he seemed super interested than just basically gave up on the idea havent heard from him since the end of august. I really wanted one of these things as well. But it is what it is.

 

I followed his Instagram for a while, Love his raptor build. But all of a sudden he got very political, posted none stop about government lies and conspiracies/aliens and said in multiple posts that he was giving up all fabrication and selling all his builds.. not sure if that’s still true because I unfollowed now, no hard feelings just putting out what I saw. Anyone want to try and get a hold of his designs and push this to market can probably make a pretty penny

 

Yeah i followed him for awhile and started noticing the same stuff. Ive been back and forth with him for like 8-9 months and all of a sudden just like disappeared. But oh well s**t happens.

 

Yup, Gen 2’s and Gen 3 Access Cabs use the same fixture.

 

Bummer to see this not happen. I wonder if you were to make a data spread sheet with interest from TW that if maybe Baja designs might have some interest in making a run for us? Im not too in tune with the chase light scene, but I get the impression that this could be the first of its kind if BD wanted to use us as the guinea pigs? Im sure you have likely already explored other avenues with this, but would be cool if someone else could continue to get it made.
